Premier Division

Charlie Bassett's 1 Sudbury Park 7
Both sides had chances in the opening 20 minutes with neither team managing to take any. A physically strong Sudbury side then had a spell of dominance and clinical finishing that saw them score five goals in a 15 minute spell. The pick of the bunch being a neat turn and finish from around 15 yards from the No. 11 that found the net via the underside of the crossbar.
HT Bassett's 0 Sudbury 5.
The second half saw a much improved performance from Bassett's who, even though trailing, battled well to compete against a very good team. Another clinical finish saw Sudbury add a sixth goal on the hour mark. Bassett's got the goal their second half performance deserved on 70 minutes through Denan Farrington before Sudbury ended the goal scoring on 73 minutes. The Sudbury front two were the difference between the two sides with the No. 11 having an excellent game capped by some brilliant finishes.

Marchington 4-2 Vale Hoppers
Lovely day and conditions which made a great game of football, played in a tremendous spirit.  Following a few chances to Marchington, Will saw an effort brilliantly saved by the keeper, the resulting corner saw Dan score of his chest., 1.0.  On 35 mins the keeper fumbled an effort which the hosts thought had crossed the line.  A couple of chances for the visitors saw the keeper pull off great saves.  1.0 HT.   A couple of subs made at ht which meant a bright start with the keeper making another great save.  Following a string run from Henry into the box a defender clipped his foot without any attempt to play the ball, Henry made no mistake with pen. 2.0 .. the visitors started to press harder and scored through the impressive Nilo scoring a one on one. 2.1.  Two further goals by the hosts seemed to take the game away from the visitors however a late goal from the impressive Nilo making it 4.2 gave it the final 5 mins more to play for… FT 4.2 mom Henry Wallace

It was a great game with plenty of chances for both team. It was 1-0 nil at half time. Bramshall took their chances well, both had plenty of the ball but the Bramshall defence and goal keeper was brilliant. Man of the match was Kane falconer in goal who commanded his box brilliant.

Ball Haye Green Dev 3-1 Cheadle SMU
A bright morning set the stage for an equally bright game as Waterhouses, where Ball Haye Green faced off against Cheadle SMU in the opening round of the Charity Cup.
Ball Haye struck early, taking the lead in the 6th minute when Ash Barker latched onto a clever through ball and left his marker behind, and calmly slotted home to make it 1–0.
Cheadle responded with a chance in the 21st minute, but Will Dobbie’s effort was straight at the keeper. The Green doubled their lead soon after, with Cameron Barker firing in a near-post finish to make it 2–0.
Cheadle found a lifeline in the 33rd minute when the impressive Will Dobbie rose highest to head home from a corner, bringing the score to 2–1 at halftime.
The second half saw Cheadle pressing hard for an equaliser, but they were repeatedly denied by outstanding goalkeeping and last-ditch defending from the home side.
The decisive moment came in the 81st minute when Ash Barker, sealed the win with his second goal of the day, making it 3–1. A shot across the keeper saw the ball nestle in the bottom corner of the net.
Ball Haye Green advance to the next round as 3–1 winners over Cheadle SMU. Mom - Will Dobbie for Cheadle certainly did not deserve to be on the losing side.
